Laser assisted in Situ Keratolimeusis, or LASIK is an OPD procedure used to treat refractive diseases like short sightedness, far sightedness and astigmatism.

The doctor uses a micro surgical instrument and a laser to reshape the cornea (the clear covering of the eye) to improve the eye focusings light rays onto the retina so that you can see clearly.
