I must say thanks to Zahid, all the staff at Saifee Hospital and most of all you for doing a great job on me.

After a lot of research, looking into different countries for my surgery i felt India was one of the most likeliest of countries I would consider, and after doing my research of the hospital I was more than comfortably with this.

Of course my next stage was to meet up with both you and Zahid for a consultation. After this visit with you explaining the surgery procedure to me and Zahid explaining the package cost, I must say I was very comfortably and impressed with what I heard.

And 'yes' I ended up booking my surgery with you, and was more than pleased with my decision. If I'm to be honest though, there was times when I started to get alittle apprehensive, but I can honestly say there was always somebody at the end of the phone to talk to and answered every question I needed answering.

Finally the day had arrived, and sure enough we (me and my partner Russ) was met at the airport and taken to the hospital, once arriving at the hospital I just knew i was in good hands. Everybody was so nice and really could not have done anymore for us both before and after the surgery.

My name is William I am 75 yrs of age a retired P.I.O who chose to retire to Goa in 2002 having left India at age of 18 to start a life in UK. Having suffered severe pain in my left knee for a few years, and realising this problem was also going to my right knee and making my life miserable, I decided something had to be done
